It’s another spectacular day unfolding another page in MTC Academy’s history. “United in Training, Innovative in Game,” this has been the core of the planning for this year’s anniversary and intramurals which is up on Sept. 9-10, 2011, an event shorter that last year’s three day activity. The group assignment was simplified into three: namely; Group 1- Yellow Team, Group 2-Green team, and Group 3-Purple Team.
A special mass will be conducted on day 1 at the roofdeck to be followed by a motorcade around Tabaco City and will proceed directly to Siempre Verde, Malilipot, Albay.
This year has been made to cater group activities such as Dance Squad Competition, Scrabble, Tug of War, Basketball, Quiz Bee, DOTA, Games of the Generals, Show It and Longest Line.
A different twist in the swimming competition was formulated to encourage swimming enthusiasts to show their endurance and might in the 18m. Freestyle Sprint, 32m. Freestyle Relay (Mixed), and 16m. Freestyle Sprint. It would be noted that swimming is included in the MTCA’s curriculum during first year.
MTCA’s hidden treasures will be revealed with the stunning presentation of the candidates for the 2011 Search for Mr. and Ms. MTCA where fabulous ladies and dashing gentlemen will grace the aisle representing their respective sections. This year’s ensemble is more of an army silhouette, giving a little odd than usual beauty contests. 
An awarding ceremony will follow in the afternoon on day 2 in which the over all winning team will be determined and will be chasing socials and a lot of fun.by: Delights&Senses
